Ten Commandments Made straightforward

So many population struggle or rebel against the ten commands and others don't think we need them. These commandments were not given just for the remarkable God form to operate our pleasures. No way, God knew exactly what would harm His kids so He in case, granted them with a list of dangers. God gave us a map to succeed to keep us out of harms way.

Ten Commandments Made straightforward

It is sort of like a traveler who goes to a foreign country. Take Mexico for example. If you go to Mexico, it is recommend not to drink the water. Don't give money to the feds and a long list of other things you shouldn't do to safe yourself. The truth is you need a list of commandments in positive cities in the Usa. I could name a few cities in which you best not stumble into the wrong neighborhoods.

God knew His kids were in a strange land and He knew they needed advice and protection against the rulers of that land. He knew the enemies were cunning, baffling, and highly powerful. Therefore, God in case, granted a list of things His kids needed to avoid or die.

His kids still had a choice but He warmed them against breaking the rules. In fact, He warmed them if they broke the rules they would die. To make a long story short, His kids broke all the rules and they did pay the price.

God finally decided He had to pay the price for them. He had to send His son to take our sins upon himself. On the cross Jesus paid the price for our inability to keep the rules. He died for our sin. Mankind was sentence to eternal death but God in case, granted a sell out for our failures. However the story doesn't end with Jesus death. He rose from the dead. His death and resurrection paid the price for every man, woman, and child. All we have to do is trust Him as the payment for our failures.

Now, the Ten Commandments made simple. I received an email this morning from a friend, which indubitably simplifies the commandments. I think I will just paste the email. Some folks have issue with all those "shalls" and "shall nots" in the Ten Commandments. Folks just aren't used to talking in those terms. The Hillbilly's Ten Commandments (actually posted on the wall at Cross Trails Church in Harlan, Ky.)

(1) Just one God

(2) Honor yer Ma & Pa

(3) No tellin' tales or gossipin'

(4) Git yourself to Sunday meetin'

(5) Put nothin' before God

(6) No foolin' around with other feller's gal

(7) No killin'

(8) Watch yer mouth

(9) Don't take what ain't yers

(10) Don't be hankerin' for yer buddy's stuff

Now that's kinda plain an' simple, don't ya think? Y'all have a nice day.
